NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR SCHOOL’S CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED.
By entering a nomination for your school, you are agreeing to the rules set forth below.
1. Eligibility: Nominations are open to all those 18 years of age and older. Employees of Dairy Management Inc., National Dairy Council, NFL Entities (as defined below) and Frito-Lay, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to submit a nomination. Nominated schools must be public schools. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/30/2023 and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/09/2023 (the “Entry Period”), entrants may submit one (1) entry by submitting a Nominate Your School form (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per eligible participant. Sponsor will select 120 most eligible Entries (“Selected Schools”) in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A school will not be selected more than once. Sponsor reserves the right to nominate schools in the event that fewer than one hundred twenty (120) eligible entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Entries may be subject to verification of eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete Entries, or for transactions that are processed late, incorrectly computed, or are lost because of computer error or malfunctions, all of which are void.
3. NFL FLAG-In-School Kit: Selected Schools will receive a NFL FLAG-In-School Kit that includes a welcome letter, 10 footballs, 50 flag belts, and a printed copy of the curriculum. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of Selected Schools. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute items in the kits with one of comparable or greater value. KITS WILL BE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR. By submitting a nomination, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless GENYOUth, Inc., The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”), Frito-Lay, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of nomination materials (“Releasees”), from all claims or damages arising out of participation in both this offer and/or acceptance of NFL FLAG-In-School Kit, including any injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of the Flag In Schools Kits.
4. Notification: NFL FLAG-In-School Kit will be sent to Selected Schools. It is the responsibility of the nominator to provide an accurate mailing address for nominated schools.
5. Limitation of Liability: Releasees are not responsible for printing, typographical, human or other errors of any kind in any materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason, including computer, telephonic, paper-transfer, or human error, or electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction, damage, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the nomination process is not capable of running as planned, or infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of participants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the nomination process, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the process and award a NFL FLAG-In-School Kit from among all eligible non-suspect entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification. By submitting a nomination, all participants agree that all matters related to the nomination or these rules are governed by laws of the state of Illinois for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
